We act as a liaison between tutors and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient matchmaking process
Our Responsibilities
1. Receive inquiries from clients seeking private tutoring services
2. Understand clients' requirements, including subjects, academic levels, and preferred tutoring arrangements.
3. Maintain a database of qualified tutors, their expertise, and availability.
4. Match clients with suitable tutors based on their specific needs and preferences.
5. Coordinate the scheduling of tutoring sessions between tutors and clients.
6. Communicate with tutors to provide them with necessary information about the clients and their requirements.
7. Follow up with clients and tutors to gather feedback on tutoring sessions and address any concerns or issues.
8. Maintain accurate records of client-tutor matches, tutoring sessions, and any other relevant information.
9. Conduct periodic evaluations of tutors' performance to ensure quality service delivery.
10. Stay updated with the education industry trends and changes to enhance the matchmaking process.
