HOW OUR TUTORING CONTRACT LOOKS LIKE
This contract will serve as the basis for all tutoring arrangements between
The Client, The Tutor and Client (Parent, for the students under the age of 18 years) for the entirety of lessons until the termination date as agreed by all parties.
1) TUTOR SERVICES / TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Tutor is contracted independently to provide his/her services to the Company. This agreement shall not be construed as a contract of employment, and the Tutor shall not be an employee of the company.
The Tutor has agreed to provide tutoring services to clients introduced to them by the Company.
The Tutor will be free to do any other work of his/her choice, provided there is no conflict of interest.
The Tutor confirms that s/he is capable and competent to perform the services for which s/he has been contracted.
The Tutor will provide tutoring to the Student in the following
